The Nice Girls at Oysters and Chocolate

It’s been quite a week for me, with two good reviews, and other bits and pieces of good news, which I will reveal to you just as soon as I can… I’m very conscious that you good folk have been putting up with me banging on about The Perfect Submissive- and I thank you for your patience (and your purchases!)

Today though, I’m taking time to tell you a little bit about the wonderful Oysters and Chocolate.

As those of you who have been reading my erotica for a while will know, my writing career began on that very site. I have been an ardent fan and steady contributor to them ever since my first poem, Regrets, was published back in Sept 2005!!

 Regrets

Regrets, I’ve had a few.

Most of them to do with you.

I should have shagged you on the floor.

In the kitchen; against a door.

I could have pressed you to a mirror,

And seen your sweat marks shine and shimmer.

Watched you spill your creamy come,

Across my tits, my face, my bum.

I was too refined to dare to ask,

If you would like an anal blast.

And how I wish I hadn’t been,

So refined, so frightfully clean.

Although it was smashing, sexy, great,

I so regret that it’s too late.

If you’ve never ventured onto Oysters pages, then I urge you to do so. Catering for every genre, be it Straight (Vanilla), Kinky (Dirty Martini), Bondage/Submission (Liquorice Whips), Lesbian (Oysters), or Gay (Banana Split); I promise you’ll find something to tickle your fancy.

Alongside the incredible list of smouldering stories, there is erotic poetry, an incredibly inspiring picture gallery, articles, reviews and sexual advice from the one and only Dr Dick.

Nice Girls; Naughty Sex  the second anthology to be offered by Jordan and Sam, (O&C editors supreme), has recently been released. Their first anthology, Erotica of Every Flavor, was a terrific hit, and if you missed it, then get that order placed!

I don’t feel I can actually review Nice Girls, as I have a piece (Corset) in its Liquorice Whips section, and so it wouldn’t be right. I can tell you however, that some of the best in the business are hiding within the pages, that it doesn’t contain a single disappointing story, that the retro cover is gorgeous, and that it is a very satisfying book to simply hold, let alone read!

While I’m here, singing O&C praises, I must thank Jordan and Sam personally. They have been very kind to me over the years, and despite the fact that I’ve never met Jordan, and have only met Sam and her fabulous husband once, (during the regrettable fork incident -I’ll tell you if you ask!), they are now dear friends. As such, I was blown away to be mentioned in the acknowledgments page of their new book.

Thanks for everything guys. xx

Well, here it is; 2011..a Brand New Year!

What better way to begin it, than with a beautiful new antique pine desk covered in fresh untouched notebooks (thoughtfully provided by Father Christmas), a brain positively bursting with kinky ideas, five forthcoming publications (I’ll have to keep you in suspense about those for a while though!!), and – best of all- a gorgeous spanking new web site!!

Designed and set up by the wonderful Lucy Felthouse, you can use these web pages to see my latest news, book, e-book, web and magazine publications, and even say ‘Hello’ to me on my fresh and shiny comments page.

Once a month I’ll be airing some of my thoughts on writing erotica, and what inspires me when creating my naughty tales. As a special treat for my web launch, I’ve shared a beautiful erotic sketch with you. It’s the perfect picture to kick start your imagination. - Check out the introduction to the ’Thoughts’ page, and take a peak.

If you fancy a touch of erotica with your New Year’s celebrations, why not check out The New Year Dancers; my sex slave story, which features on the first page of the Oysters and Chocolate web site for 2011! here’s a little taster…

The New Years Dancers

Shivering against the frost covered branch. I wrapped the shawl tighter around my shoulders, thankful for the fleece, thick trousers and thermal gloves I’d had the foresight to put on. Ungainly in my bulky attire, I took comfort in the knowledge that buried beneath it all lay an exquisite silk camisole and matching knickers. Their soft hidden presence made me feel even more secretive as I sat, silently hunched, in the bows of a giant oak tree. Waiting.

New Years Eve. I should have been drinking, dancing and laughing with my friends, waiting for the stroke of midnight, but I‘d cried off the party. I had to know if it was true. There’d been rumours for years. I’d grown up listening to them; always making sure I was within ear shot, but out of sight. Now, as the New Year approached, my skin glistened with damp air and anticipation, as my eyes searched the clearing below me for any signs of life. I glanced at my watch. 11.30pm. Disappointment crept over me. Maybe it was all some sort of weird joke. Perhaps I’d got the wrong place. Ten more minutes and I’d give it up.   Faint at first, the eerie sound of a flute wafted through the trees. I pushed my back against the oak’s trunk and held my breath…

Happy New Year All xx

Sh! Book Readings 2010

December 20  |  Web & Magazine Publications  |   Kay Jaybee

I was very lucky during the course of 2010 to be invited to the two Sh! Women’s Store’s in London on a number of occasions to read stories from my various books.

My first appearance at the Sh! store in Hoxton was on 23rd April- and I was nervous to say the least. I needn’t have been though, for I was welcomed into the shops pink embrace with incredible kindness from the staff, and lashings of champagne and cupcakes. Along with Scarlett French, Liz Coldwell and Jacqueline Appledore, I helped to promote Violet Blue’s Best of the Best Women’s Erotica 2, from which I read my tale Becky, – which I’m relieved to say, was well received.

Sh! Hoxton

Back in July I was very lucky to be invited along to read at the opening of the new SH! women’s store on Portobello Road in London. The girls from SH! did themselves proud. The new cosy pink and purple shop is a welcoming, friendly, and a totally non-threatening place.

My fellow writers KD Grace and Scarlett French read incredibly sexy stories, Tempest Rose gave some Burlesque tips (in the most beautiful corset- not to mention figure), and the fabulous Delourus Deluxe gave us essential food for thought body image wise. To my eternal disappointment I missed the show by the Five Clever Courtesans- but was still able to enjoy the sight of them wandering around all evening in scanty outfits.

All of the guests were kind and generous, and it was lovely to put so many faces to names; such as the amazing and unstoppable Sarah Berry, formally of Forum, but now of Foreplay Magazine, for whom I have since had the pleasure of writing for.

The Collector at Sh! Hoxton

The highlight of my SH! appearances in 2010 however, was for the launch of my linked anthology, The Collector. I was delighted to be invited by Jo, the beautiful manageress of the Hoxton branch of Sh! to read from my book. Until then The Collector had only been available via the Internet, but from that moment on, it adorned the SH! bookshelves.

The champagne flowed, and the cup cakes were nibbled in between readings, and a good time was had by all.

I must again thank Renee, Jo, all the other Sh! Chix, and the audiences who’ve come to hear me and my fellow writers speak, who said so many kind things about my work, that they made me blush- or perhaps that was the champagne!

My SH! year came to an end in October, when I visited to hear my dear friend KD Grace launch her book, The Initiation of Miss Holly.  Having bought my own copy of Miss Holly, I can honestly say that the brilliantly kinky passages KD shared, were but a mouth wetting taster for the hot episodes that remained hidden between the books cover…If you haven’t got a copy yet then you must buy one, close the curtains, lock the door, and share the experience with a lover or a dildo…

As ever, the Sh! Girls did their guests proud. Pink champagne flowed, and cupcakes were nibbled against a backdrop of sex toys, lingerie, erotic art and non stop smiles.
On a more personal level, I was lucky enough to meet the equally smashing Hazel Cushion (Xcite), and Lucy Felthouse (Erotica For All), and renew my acquaintance with Foreplay’s editor, the unstoppably effervescent Sarah Berry.
